Clients must provide accurate information, valid documentation, and timely responses. Changes to itineraries may incur additional fees. Clients are responsible for understanding destination requirements, health advisories, and travel restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, recommendations, and travel documents created for clients remain our intellectual property. Content may not be redistributed or used commercially without written permission.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California. These terms are governed by California state law.
